Each month, our talented chefs will take you on a journey, exploring new recipes from a South East Asian destination and producing a mouth-watering set menu for you to cook at home, all inspired by authentic flavours, aromas and spices.

Our monthly experience menus will be prepared by hand and elevated by the best that Scotland has to offer from farm, field & sea. Our chefs produce each dish from scratch from our fragrant Thai curry pastes to our own hand-made coconut cream.

Our 4-course menu is created especially to be prepared at home and includes everything you need to replicate the Mamasan experience; from easy to follow instructions and a specially curated cocktail designed to complement your meal.

One Night In...by Mamasan
